Shipping Policy – The Palm Cattle Company LLC

We want your beef to arrive in perfect condition, just as it left our ranch. Please review our shipping policy so you know what to expect:

Processing & Shipping Schedule

  • Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays and ensure product quality.

  • Any order placed after 12 PM CST on Wednesday will ship the following week.

  • You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.

Packaging & Temperature Control

  • Every order is packed in insulated boxes with dry ice or gel packs to keep your beef frozen during transit.

  • Our packaging is designed to maintain safe temperatures for the full shipping period.

Delivery Times & Service Areas

  • Most shipments arrive within 1–3 business days after they are sent.

  • We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses because of the perishable nature of our products.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and order size and will be shown at checkout.

  • From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions.

Receiving Your Order

  • Someone should be available to bring the package inside promptly upon delivery.

  • Once the package has been delivered to your address, The Palm Cattle Company is not responsible for product quality issues caused by delays in bringing the package inside or improper storage.

  • If you are ordering during extreme weather or know you will not be home, consider shipping to an alternate address where someone can receive it.

Issues with Your Delivery

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or thawed beyond safe temperature, please contact us at info@palmcattle.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue.
