Please remember bison is very lean and some might consider it tough! It is high in essential nutrients and low in fat! Be careful not to over cook!
Inside your half bison order you'll find:
5–7 lbs Rib Loin– Big, juicy, and packed with flavor.
5–6 lbs - Whole Strip loin
3–4 lbs of Sirloin Steaks - Ideal for marinades, fajitas, salads or slicing thin across the grain!
2 Skirt Steaks each split in half.
1–2 Flank Steaks each cut in half
4-6 lbs Unpeeled Tenderloin - Tender, elegant, and unforgettable! Our loins come whole so you can slice them to whatever you desire
8–10 Bison Roasts – Chuck, Shoulder, Bottom, and London Broil.. Those comfort classics perfect for slow cooking in the crock pot or slicing thin for sandwiches!
50–65 lbs Extra Lean Ground Blend – More than ground bison—this special grind includes brisket, short ribs, and stew meat for next-level burgers, chili, tacos, and more.
We stock no freezer meat and believe in letting our animals graze green pastures for as long as they can!
• This ensures your buffalo is as fresh as it can possibly be!
• Once your order is placed we saddle up and gather your animal! Carefully, quietly and humanly load and transport to our local processor!
•Your meat will be ready to ship within 1–2 days after your selected dry age time is complete!
•Your order will arrive in several large insulated coolers containing dry ice or if you selected local delivery a member of our team will call to schedule a drop off time that best suites you!
