Inside your half beef order you'll find:

18–22 Bone-In Ribeyes – Big, juicy, and packed with flavor. (1.5-inch thick)

 

18–22 Bone-In New York Strips -  1.5-inch thick for that classic steakhouse cut 

 

10–14 Sirloin Steaks - Ideal for marinades, fajitas, salads or slicing thin across the grain!

 

6 Skirt Steaks

 

2–4 Flank Steaks

 

18–20 Filet Mignon - Tender, elegant, and unforgettable!

 

20–24 Roasts – Chuck, Shoulder, Bottom, and London Broil.. Those comfort classics perfect for slow cooking in the crock pot or slicing thin for sandwiches!

 

160–190 lbs Ground Beef Blend – More than ground beef—this special grind includes brisket, short ribs, and stew meat for next-level burgers, chili, tacos, and more.

 

We stock no freezer beef and believe in letting our cattle graze green pastures for as long as they can!

• This ensures your beef is as fresh as it can possibly be!

• Once your order is placed we saddle up and gather your animal!  Carefully, quietly and humanly load and transport to our local processor!

 •Your whole beef will be ready to ship after your selected dry age time is complete!  Usually ready within 2-3 weeks! 

•Your order will arrive in several large insulated coolers containing dry ice or if you selected local delivery a member of our team will call to schedule a drop off time that best suites you!

 

We recommend for your half beef order that you have 20–25 cubic feet of freezer space!  Watch this video below to learn more about your harvest!
