Every cut is locally harvested and dry-aged to your preference, ensuring a premium eating experience every time.
We’re not a warehouse. We don’t stockpile freezer beef. That’s not how we do things here.

Instead, we let our cattle graze green pastures for as long as nature intends. When you place an order, that’s when the real work begins. We saddle up, gather, and sort—handling every step with care, calmness, and respect. Our cattle are then humanely transported to a trusted, local USDA-inspected processor.
